**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions for hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans to meet the educational needs of students.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and products to enhance training programs.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students for skill improvement.
- Assess student performance and progress, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Collaborate with the academy's management to enhance the quality of the hair training program.
- Participate in relevant workshops and training programs to continually enhance personal and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Trainer or relevant role in the beauty industry.
- In-depth knowledge of hair styling techniques, trends, and product usage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹9,128.17 - ₹27,648.02 per month

Schedule:
