Sleep Technician

INFINITE - My6senses is hiring for Sleep Technician for Kolkata location

Home visit compulsory (Vehicle Must)Company details:

- To ensure all the visits to patient for installing, removal, sleep study report generation and physician meetings are not deviated from the schedule.
- To ensure for addressing all the schedule for conducting sleep studies, explaining and convincing patient about the health condition in coordination with referring physician.
- To ensure to coordinate with the internal team to execute uninterrupted service delivery.

Duties and responsibilities
- Connect/communicate with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis via call/message to as per the protocol defined.
- Document customer interactions, including phone calls and messaging and tracking health metrics.
- Create a feedback loop between customers, coaches, and Customer Support, Operations, referring physician and Product teams to help improve the customer and coach experiences.
- Work on updating daily numbers in the excel sheet and publishing the EOD/weekly and monthly reports.
- Collection of payment through digital gateway and daily reconciliation of the same.

Authorities
- Make appropriate, timely and safe decisions on the management plan of the beneficiaries/customers in coordination with the health coach and referring physician.

- Passion for health and wellness industry
- Stays up to date with current trends and update in the market
- Organized, detail-oriented team player with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills - writing, typing and phone.
- Must be open to feedback and have a desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Good computer proficiency - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
- Flexible to work in any shift.
- Should be proficient in English mandatory

LOCATIONS: HyderabadLanguages needed:

- English, Hindi & Telugu
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in sleep technician or Medical Field
- Rotational Shift and Ready for Travelling
