At least 2-5 years of experience as a scriptwriter preferably in children animation.
- Proficient in the script writing process right from pitching concepts to full scripts.
- Degree in related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in both English, Hindi and Odia..
- Most importantly, be able to think of out of the box ideas that will appeal to our target audience.
- Identifying clients need what they are looking for in their briefs and creating explainer video concepts that can help them tell their stories
- Develop and research ideas for original movie screenplays
- Writing scripts for ad copy/Add sequences, video tutorials, animation and explainer videos
- Better understanding of the various script writing stages, including log lines, premises, synopses, beat outlines, step-outlines and rough drafts
- Create the dialogue, the characters and the storyline of a script
- Self-direct the show
- Should be able to follow the guidelines of explainer video making (Concept - Script - Storyboard - Illustration - Animation) while thinking out of the box
- Need to coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors SMM teams for better Outcome
- Describe the camera angle and action activities.
- Supervising conflict onset.
- Adhering to a production plan.
- Coordinating with a camera crew, art directors, costume designers, and musical composers to guarantee constant creative execution.
- Helping listing in the marketing and promotion of the film.

**Requirements/ Skills Preferred**:

- Must have work experience in Creative script writing
- Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
- Pitching concepts to full scripts
- Ability to come up with new ways of Describing things
- Good understanding of the social media platforms
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks within the scheduled time
- Should Write in a variety of styles for different products and multiple audiences
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Keen Knowledge for research in trending topics and communication patterns
- Aware of design trends ,targeted audiences interest and future trends

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
