We're a content marketing agency seeking a talented and passionate Short-Form Video Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting engaging video content for our clients on platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Youtube.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the content strategy team to understand client goals and target audiences. Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form video content.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content that effectively showcases client products and services.
- Utilize storytelling techniques to capture attention, build brand awareness, and drive conversions. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in short-form video marketing.
- Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and social media managers to ensure content cohesion.
- Analyze video performance metrics and suggest data-driven optimizations.

**About You**:

- You're a creative powerhouse with a passion for visual storytelling.
- You possess a strong understanding of the short-form video landscape (Reels, TikTok, Youtube).
- You have demonstrable experience in scriptwriting, filming, and video editing.
- You're a whiz at keeping up with current trends and adapting content styles accordingly.
- You're an excellent communicator with a collaborative spirit.
- You're data-driven and enjoy analyzing results to improve future content.

**Bonus Points**:
Experience working with B2B or B2C content marketing. A portfolio showcasing your video creation skills. Knowledge of social media marketing best practices.
