**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to assess clients' needs and concerns.
- Administer a range of professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and other advanced procedures.
- Provide personalized skincare recommendations and educate clients on proper home care routines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies, products, and industry trends.
- Promote and recommend skincare products to enhance treatment results and drive retail sales.
- Manage client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and product usage.
- Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals as needed for integrated care approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field (licensure as required by local regulations).
- Proven experience as a skin therapist, esthetician, or similar role.
- Proficient in using skincare devices and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and dermatological treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build trust and establish long-term client relationships.
- A professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with advanced aesthetic treatments (e.g., laser therapy, microneedling, or injectables).
- Familiarity with luxury or medical-grade skincare product lines.
- Membership in a professional skincare or esthetics organization.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
