**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Defining CICS Resources through RDO's and Batch job
- Knowledge on CICS start up procedure, files used in the CICS, CICS Web services and deployment, CICS Print facility tool
- Actively participated & lead DR activity for CICS team
- Defining MRO Links to establish connection between regions
- Interfacing to other subsystems (DB2 and MQ)
- Performed CICS Region Building and Decommissioning, CA Intertest/CICS V10.0 from v9.1 upgrade & CICS customizations and validations
- Performed Xpediter/CICS V9.3 to V16.5 & v17.2 upgrade & CICS customizations and validations. IBM Hourglass V7.1 CICS customizations and validations
- Performed Keyfast product upgrade to version 3.10, Compuware Hiperstation upgrade v17.2
- Maintains & applied passcodes via online & Batch for program products like Keyfast, MLI, VCI and so on.
- Experienced on Incident, Change and Problem management (tools like Remedy, GCARS, Service-now)
- Participated in Severity 1 meetings

- Experience on ticketing tools (Yantra, ASK, ASIM/INFO RFS, Service now)

- z/OS MVS installation/customization/tuning/troubleshooting and daily administration
- SMP/E Installation/Migration of z/OS. z/OS ServerPac and CBPDO
- CICS TS 5.3 Installation/Customization/Migration & programming (CICS Logon program)
- Install/Customize & Administration of WebSphere Application Server 8.5.5
- Installation, Customization and Administration of Websphere MQ on z/OS.
- Installation/configuration of zLinux (SLES 9 & RHEL 5) native mode
- RACF Security Server Administration & Utilities (Pentland)
- CICS Installation & Tailoring, Setting up MRO, CICSPlex & CICS Tools.

- CICS-MQ Bridge/Trigger Setup
- WTX setup for CICS on z/OS
- CICS Transaction Gateway (CTG)
- Omegamon/TMON Installation
- Performance Tuning skills
- REXX, jython, JCL skills
- ISPF Customization
