**Financial Management**:
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Preparing financial statements and reports.
Handling payroll and ensuring timely payments.
Reconciling bank statements.
Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
All office related account handling
**Administrative Tasks**:
Managing office material inward,dispatch & order process.
Coordinating office activities and supporting staff.
Handling correspondence and communication.
Maintaining organized filing systems.
**Skills Required**: Strong attention to detail, Proficiency in accounting software, Excellent organizational and time-management skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills, and Ability to work independently and as part of a team
