**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Qualify and nurture leads by understanding customer needs, providing accurate information, and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

2. Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients, maintain records of interactions, and update customer information in the CRM system.

3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

4. Build rapport with new and existing customers, answer queries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

5. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively supported.

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
