**Internship Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of AI/ML models to enhance various aspects of the BuildMacro platform.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to identify areas where AI can improve product functionality and user experience.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis to build robust datasets for model training.
- Collaborate on research and prototype development for predictive analytics tools to forecast project timelines, costs, and potential risks.
- Support the design of machine learning algorithms for optimizing construction project management workflows.
- Conduct tests and evaluations on AI models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, natural language processing).
- Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction management software or interest in the construction industry is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
