Key Responsibilities:
1. Access Control:

- Monitor and control entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises.
- Check identification and authorization documents of employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Maintain a log of incoming and outgoing personnel and vehicles.

2. Surveillance:

- Operate and monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras.
- Conduct regular patrols of the factory, both indoors and outdoors, to detect any unusual activity.
- Monitor alarms and respond to them promptly.

3. Incident Response:

- Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Investigate and report incidents of theft, vandalism, or any suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

4. Safety Enforcement:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety inspections and report hazards to the relevant departments.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and drills.

5. Reporting:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and inspections.
- Prepare reports on security breaches, safety violations, and other incidents for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

6. Customer Service:

- Provide assistance and direction to visitors and employees.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Foster a positive relationship with factory staff and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
