Job title: Advisor IT Security

Experience: 4-5 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor security systems, logs, and alerts for suspicious activities or potential security incidents; investigate and respond to security breaches.
- Implement and manage security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and data encryption.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network architectures, including segmentation, VPNs, and secure remote access.
- Conduct security awareness training and provide guidance to employees on best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
- Manage security incidents and conduct incident response activities, including containment, investigation, remediation, and reporting.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, security trends, and industry best practices to recommend and implement security enhancements.
- Participate in IT security projects, initiatives, and risk management activities to improve overall security posture.
- Provide advisory support and recommendations to management on IT security strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance matters.
