**Job Title: Vice Principal for a renowned school in Gurgaon**

As the Vice Principal of our K12 School, you will play a critical role in supporting the Principal and ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the school. Your leadership, administrative skills, and passion for education will be instrumental in promoting a positive and conducive learning environment for students and staff alike. You will work closely with the Principal, teachers, and support staff to uphold the school's mission, vision, and values, while striving for excellence in education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Leadership**:

- Collaborate with the Principal in setting the school's strategic direction and goals.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe, inclusive, and conducive learning environment.
- Manage day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, student registration, and supervision.
- **Curriculum Development and Assessment**:

- Collaborate with academic coordinators and teachers to ensure a well-rounded and rigorous curriculum is implemented.
- Monitor and assess student academic performance and collaborate with teachers to develop strategies for improvement.
- **Student Discipline and Welfare**:

- Oversee the implementation of the school's discipline policy, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Address student welfare and behavioral issues, working with parents, teachers, and counselors to provide appropriate support.
- **School Community Engagement**:

- Foster a positive relationship with parents, guardians, and the wider community.
- Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.
- **Student Activities and Extracurricular Programs**:

- Coordinate and promote extracurricular activities that enhance students' social, physical, and emotional development.
- Oversee clubs, student councils, and other student-led initiatives.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Work with the Principal to develop emergency response plans and ensure staff and student safety during crises.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:

- Assist in budget planning and ensure efficient utilization of school resources.

**Requirements**:

- Salary upto 30Lakhs
- Master's degree in Education or a related field (Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in educational leadership, including administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of K12 education systems, curriculum development, and instructional methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with relevant educational laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and the community.
- A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and equitable school culture.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
