**Key Responsibilities**:
**Script Development**:

- Write clear, engaging, and creative scripts for different formats (short-form, long-form, promo, educational, branded, etc.).
- Translate creative briefs and production goals into structured narratives.
- Tailor content to suit different platforms (e.g., web, social media, internal communications).
- Collaborate on storyboarding and pre-production planning when required.

**Research & Ideation**:

- Conduct research to ensure factual accuracy, authenticity, and relevance.
- Generate original content ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
- Adapt existing scripts or messaging for different audiences or markets as needed.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with producers, directors, editors, and marketing teams to align on tone, timing, and creative direction.
- Revise and polish scripts based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

**Content Strategy**:

- Understand target audience demographics and engagement strategies.
- Contribute to content planning and strategy discussions to align with broader production or campaign goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a script writer, screenwriter, or content writer in a media production environment.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills with strong command of language and tone.
- Ability to write in different styles, voices, and formats.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and production workflows.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Film, Media, Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Experience writing for video, Social Media, advertising, or online platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, brand messaging, or content marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
