Motivational Speaker

Our organisation is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Motivational Speaker based on Indian Knowledge System to join our team to develop and deliver contents over our Vedanthi app and Vedanthi IoT device which installed on 1000s of homes.

Your ultimate goal will be to deliver a powerful speech to a large group of people. You should help people to improve their lives and themselves as individuals. In addition to this, you should be effectively engaging the audience.

To be successful in this role, you should have outstanding organizational skills with an ability to manage your time. You should possess incredible communication skills. In addition to this, prior work experience as a Motivational Speaker will be an added advantage for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Discussing with the clients in regards to the topics.
- Planning and writing the speech content.
- Researching several topics by reading books, magazines, newspapers, etc.
- Writing an inspiring and motivating speech script.
- Talking to people to learn their life inspiring events.
- Delivering motivational speeches effectively.
- Engaging with the audience.
- Brainstorming ideas and topics with the team members.
- Questioning the audience to make the event entertaining.
- Ensuring that the sound system at the venue is working properly.
- Guiding people to find purpose in life.
- Ensuring proper eye contact with the audience.
- Taking feedback from the audience at the end of the event.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working experience as a Motivational Speaker, Inspirational Speaker, or a similar role in the Education department.
- A professional public speaking certificate will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact with the crowd.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A presentable and charismatic individual.
- Demonstrate ability to write motivational speeches with ease.
- Ability to utilize real-life situations in the speech.
- Ability to travel to various locations.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Phenomenal ability to manage time effectively.
- Demonstrate an ability to motivate an individual.
- A creative individual and thinking out of the box.
- Ability to manage multi-task at the same time.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,241.98 per month
