- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and style consistency.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, newsletters, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate insights into content creation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the real estate or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
