Job Description: AI & Digital Transformation Executive

Location: Nagpur

Reports To: Digital Head / Department HOD / Director

Position Summary : We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy AI & Digital Transformation Executive/Officer to support the implementation of AI tools and automation across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Purchase, and Operations. This role involves hands-on execution—working with teams to test tools, deploy workflows, and ensure measurable improvements in efficiency, lead generation, and content delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying manual or repetitive processes across departments that can be automated using AI tools
- Integrate and maintain basic automations using platforms like Zapier, Power Automate, or Google Workspace tools
- Support digital marketing efforts by leveraging AI tools for campaign analytics, audience targeting, and creatives
- Collaborate with department heads to collect data and feedback for continuous AI process improvement
- Maintain dashboards or simple reports to showcase the effectiveness of AI-driven efforts
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools and recommend improvements regularly
- Provide basic training or demos to teams on using selected AI tools

**Education**:

- Graduate in Engineering (CS/IT/ECE/Mechanical) or BCA/BBA/MBA with strong digital understanding
- AI/Automation/Digital Marketing Certifications preferred

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a digital or tech-driven role
- Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) or marketing tech tools
- Exposure to automation or campaign analytics is a plus
- Technical Competencies
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Bard, Canva AI, Midjourney (basic usage)
- Digital Tools: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics
- Basic Data Handling: Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI (optional)
- Behavioural Competencies
- Tech-curious and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player with a problem-solving approach
- Time and task management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
