**We are Looking for E-PUB / XML Executive to join our team.**
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert and format documents into EPUB format, ensuring proper compatibility with e-readers and platforms (e.g., Kindle, iBooks, Nook).
- Work with content management systems (CMS) to create and optimize XML and EPUB files for publishing.
- Perform quality checks on XML files, ensuring they meet industry standards (e.g., W3C XML standards).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any XML and EPUB formatting issues across multiple platforms.
- Implement metadata, links, and structured data within XML and EPUB files to enhance content discoverability.
- Maintain and update templates for EPUB files to meet client or project specifications.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure content is appropriately structured and formatted.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in digital publishing and relevant XML/EPUB technologies.
- Test EPUB files on multiple devices to ensure proper display and functionality.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in XML coding and schema validation.
- Experience with EPUB formatting and conversion tools (e.g., Calibre, Sigil, Adobe InDesign).
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript as they relate to EPUB formatting.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to XML and EPUB files.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with advanced EPUB 3.0 features (e.g., audio/video, interactive content).
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards for EPUB files (e.g., WCAG).
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Publishing, or related field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
