We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our **Verification Process (Voice)** team. This role involves conducting employee verification via voice process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in delivering results. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of the verification process for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle voice-based verification processes for employee background checks.
- Validate employment history and credentials as per client requirements.
- Ensure all verifications are completed within the specified timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and provide prompt follow-ups when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients to resolve queries.
- Maintain detailed records of verification activities and results.

**Selection Process**:

- **HR Round**: Initial screening for communication and fit.
- **VNA Round**: Post 4 PM every day (Voice and Accent Neutralization).
- **Operations Round**: Interview with operations team to assess process understanding.
- **Client Round**: Final interview with the client to ensure role alignment.
- Graduate or HSC qualified with **6 months to 1 year of employee verification experience**.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle voice processes efficiently.
- Comfortable with **rotational night shifts** and working during rotational week-offs.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in employee verification processes is mandatory.
