Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA Marketing / International Business (preferred). Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.

- Job Details
- Collecting and analysing data to identify consumer trends
- Measuring consumer satisfaction with products or services
- Support sales and marketing efforts as required. Some travel required to support field and marketing activity.
- Research and generate lists of potential customers
- Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
- Help to develop client relationships and retain existing customers
- MIS
- Following up with customers
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information.
- Acts as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the sales representatives in the organization.
- Coordinating a contribution to blogging
- Identify potential leads and record the same in the CRM system.
- Prefer to have experience in / ready to learn Digital brand building activities on different digital channels
- Prefer to have experience in / ready to learn Social Media lead generation. Prior experience of social media posting on platforms like Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Quora is preferred.
