Founded in 2001 by Deepthi Biju, a Pattern Master and clothing designer for 24 years.

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for an enterprising individual with a passion and zeal to solve customer queries and problems at LD.

This is a full-time on-site role at our office in Changanacherry. You will be responsible for:

- Customer support on the phone, text, and social media
- Monitor customer complaints on social media, and reaches out for assistance
- Inform customers about new features and functions
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives in the future.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

**What you need ( Qualifications and Skills)**
- **Minimum Undergraduate Degree/ Bachelor's Degree is a must.**:

- **Fluent communication skills - English & Malayalam are a must.**:

- Any extra language, especially Hindi is a bonus.
- Result Driven, Quick learner.
- Comfortable with technology
- Troubleshooting customers' issues and providing timely resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and above all, Patience
- Customer Service Experience is an added advantage. Not necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
