**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive critical care to patients in the ICU.
- Perform medical procedures including intubation, ventilator management, and other critical interventions.
- Collaborate with specialists, surgeons, and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records.
- Participate in rounds, case discussions, and medical reviews.
- Offer compassionate care to patients and their families.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Fellowship in Critical Care from a reputed institution.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in critical care or ICU settings (preferred but not mandatory for fresh fellowship graduates).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
