**Job Title**: Ayush Therapist

**Location**:Sriperumbudur

**Reporting to**: Wellness Officer

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 to ₹16,000

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Ayush Therapist to join our wellness team in Sriperumbudur. As an Ayush Therapist, you will play a key role in providing holistic healthcare services to our clients. You will be responsible for performing reflexology treatments and assisting the Wellness Officer in ensuring our clients receive top-notch care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform reflexology treatments for clients based on their individual needs and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with the Wellness Officer and other team members to develop personalized wellness plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatments, and progress.
- Educate clients on holistic healthcare practices and self-care techniques.
- Work closely with the Wellness Officer to create a positive and nurturing environment for clients.

**Key technical Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Reflexology techniques and treatments.

**Key Soft Skills Required**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients' well-being.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new holistic healthcare practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in Ayush therapies or a related field.
- Previous experience in providing reflexology treatments is a plus.
- 0 to 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
