To ensure defect free material feeding n line received from supplier through effective inspection and monitoring and adherence to SQA system Ensure regular /planed audit at supplier end through the quality level of existing / new model parts through audits at suppliers ends and closure of gaps identified during audit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ENSURE TIMELY REDRESSAL OF EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL CUSTOMER ISSUES OF PROPRITORY PARTS.
- DRIVE FOCUS ON SUPPLIER UPGRADATION TO ENHANCE THE CAPABILITY OF SUPPLIERS
- ENSURE 100% ADHERENCE TO DEPTT. PROCESSES SUCH AS (INSPECTION SYSTEM, PROBLEM SOLVING SYSTEM, NC CONTROL & SUPPLIER UPGRADATION) THROUGH DWM STRENGTHENING
- SELF DEVELOPMENT
- ENSURE SMOOTH & FLAWLESS DEVELOPMENT OF NEW MODEL BY APPROVING PRODUCT, PROCESS & SYSTEM WITHIN STIPULATED TIME
- COP OF PARTS ADHERENCE
