**Job Overview**:
As a Junior Jewellery Merchandiser, you will support the merchandising team in all aspects of product assortment, inventory management, and sales strategy to drive the business forward. You will assist with the planning and execution of product displays, market trends analysis, stock control, and product positioning to maximize sales and ensure our collections meet customer demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and development of product ranges, ensuring they align with brand vision and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for new product offerings.
- Help manage inventory levels, ensuring products are available in line with demand while minimizing overstock.
- Support the creation of product presentations and displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Analyse sales data to provide insights on product performance and help optimize the product assortment.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability.
- Help prepare reports on key product metrics, including sell-through, stock levels, and product trends.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively across retail stores and online platforms.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising team, including organizing product information and managing sample inventory.
- Assist with seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring the right products are highlighted at the right time.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
