Front Office Staff

The Academic Counselor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students in order to help them achieve their academic and career goals. This involves assessing students' abilities and interests, assisting with course selection, developing educational plans, and addressing any academic or personal challenges that may affect their performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Advising and Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one academic counseling to students to help them develop and achieve educational goals.
- Assist students in course selection and registration, ensuring they meet prerequisites and program requirements.
- Offer advice on career planning, including exploring career options and providing resources for job searches.
- **Educational Planning**:

- Develop individualized academic plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
- Monitor students’ progress toward their academic goals, including tracking grades, attendance, and other performance indicators.
- Help students develop skills for academic success, such as time management, study techniques, and test-taking strategies.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
