**Roles and Responsibilities**

The position would be responsible for:

- Supporting projects to transform global Procurement activity, solutions, offerings and services to its customers, internal and external. This may include supporting programmes to improve Procurement systems, processes, policies, communications and ways of working.
- Role may involve a very broad range of project-related tasks including (but not limited to):

- Collating Procurement data and documentation from across divisions, liaising globally with others internally and externally if necessary (e.g. Procurement, Cyber Sec, Risk teams from across divisions)
- Standardization and cleaning of data, managing exceptions where necessary, to facilitate loading to common global databases and repositories
- Loading and maintenance of data and/or documentation in common databases/repositories
- User Access Management in systems implemented globally. This includes helping identify new users, gathering their details and helping arranging security-compliant access
- Support for Change Management activities, such as issuing training invitations, maintaining training attendance records and delivery of training
- Provision of customer service and support to day-to-day end users of Procurements systems and processes to help ensure successful project implementation including stabilization.
- Experience of using Excel, Word and systems that store and process data
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English to a business level of fluency
- Able to use Excel, Word and systems that store and process data
- Able to use Excel functionalities needed to analyse, manipulate and summaries large volumes of data
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Able to work well with colleagues and customers, remotely and in person.
- High motivation and enthusiastic with a desire and ability to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
