A Heavy Structure Production Planning and Control (PPC) Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process of heavy structures, such as bridges, buildings, and other large-scale infrastructure projects. Their primary role is to ensure that production is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

1.Planning and execution of fabrication works with Client for smooth production.

2.Man power allocation as per plan and monitoring till the project completion.

3.Project plan preparation.

4.Preparation & follow up of Progress Measurement Systems and histograms.

5.Preparation of Delay analysis reports.

6.Analysis and control of project schedules and performances.

7.Analyzing delays on the project and be a part of process to plan and implement necessary recovery, measures to minimize/nullify delays.

8.Preparation of periodical progress reports and submit to Client.

9.Material requirement planning and taking follow-up with related department.

10.Monitoring and Controlling of Production work.

11.Sub-contractor bill checking.

12.Planning of dispatch.

13.Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.

**Skill Required/Qualification**

1.A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering or a related field.

2.Proven experience as production planner.

3.Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.

4.Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)

5.Working knowledge of MS Office, MS-Excel and ERP systems.

6.Good Knowledge of drawing.

7.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

8.Ability to work in a team.

9.Good communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
