About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and deliver daily video content as per the company’s requirements.
- Create engaging and polished video content for YouTube, social media, and internal training.
- Ensure timely submission of edited videos and shorts.
- Collaborate with trainers, content creators, and the marketing team to finalize edits.
- Maintain video quality standards and follow brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and other editing tools.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with basic color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to daily task completion.

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with thumbnails and poster design
- Basic understanding of YouTube and social media video trends
