**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Planning**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to create tailored sales approaches.
- Plan and forecast sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- **Team Management**:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, set clear objectives, and provide guidance and training to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities by establishing relationships with prospective customers and understanding their needs.
- Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales Reporting & Analytics**:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Track the sales pipeline, assess the progress of ongoing sales efforts, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales activities, challenges, and market dynamics.
- **Market Expansion & Business Development**:
- Identify and explore new markets and customer segments for business expansion.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and attract potential clients.
- Lead market research efforts to stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new offerings to meet customer demands.
- **Sales Process Optimization**:
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to streamline sales processes, improve lead generation, and convert prospects into clients.
- Implement best practices and optimize the use of sales tools, CRM software, and other technologies to improve sales efficiency.
- Review and refine sales processes regularly to ensure they are aligned with company objectives and best industry standards.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively, ensuring that resources are used efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Approve and track sales expenditures, and ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- **Training & Development**:
- Identify skill gaps within the sales team and organize regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills.
- Encourage continuous professional development and provide growth opportunities for high-performing sales staff.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
