**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise branch staff to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
