Datacentre and Cloud L2 -M4

Key skills: Cloud Infra Admin-L3 (mandatory)

Minimum work experience: 8 - 10 Years

Detailed JD:

- Knowledge on Exchange and Office365.
- Knowledge of both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Active Directory/ADFS, Group Policies.
- SharePoint, IIS, SQL scripting.
- Skype/OneDrive for Business and Teams.
- Storage/Cloud Storage.
- PowerShell (Advanced).
- Backup/Patching automation. Data Archiving.
- Hyper-V, VMware.
- Imaging workstations and servers.
- Certificate Services/PKI.
- DNS, DHCP, NTP, Radius, LDAP, Syslog.
- Server and client operating systems (2008, 2012, 2016).
- Client/Server security tasks.
- Server Clustering.
- Demonstrate mature service delivery methods utilizing real world ITSM knowledge.
- Demonstrate experience with upgrading, enhancing and migrating Microsoft platform systems and services.
- Provide guidance and coaching for the Sys-Admin team.
- Serve as third tier support for a service desk for Server and Cloud issues/operations.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Good analytic and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Must have conflict resolution abilities.
- Technical background with demonstrated skills in at least one or multiple IT technologies / disciplines
- Experience of working in a multi-site environment
