**Job Overview**:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns. You will lead a team and work closely with other departments to help elevate our brand presence, generate leads, and increase sales through digital channels. If you have a strong background in digital marketing, an eye for detail, and a strategic mindset, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- **Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for Real Estate Commercial and Residential projects.**:

- Oversee SEO strategies and ensure web content is optimized to improve search rankings.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and generate reports on KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Lead a team of digital marketing specialists and collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in Lead Generation on Meta and PPC.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
