### Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film Production, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video editing work.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
