JUNIOR DESIGNER - WEB & GRAPHIC

Enigma Digital is looking to hire a creative web & graphic designer who can paint outside the lines at the speed of 12000 game changing ideas per hour. Must have a demonstrated understanding of visual design elements, interaction design, journey maps and user flows.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

- An excellent portfolio with good design rationale and visual design skills.
- A user-centered design approach with good understanding of UX principles and UI design theories.
- Hands-on experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop,

Illustrator and After Effects.
- 1-3 years of experience designing interfaces for webs & mobile screens, interactive banners, GIFs, social media posts etc.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

GOOD TO HAVE:

- Hands-on experience working with Adobe Creative Suite along with design tools like Procreate and Blender.
- Ability to solve complex design problems using Rapid Ideation (Sketching,

Story/White-boarding), Wireframes, Prototypes and Visual & Interface design.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently work on different stages of design projects - from concept to the final dev hand-off.
