**Role Overview**:
The Amul Salesman is responsible for driving sales by ensuring product availability, building strong relationships with retailers, and expanding market coverage. This role involves order collection, merchandising, payment follow-ups, and promoting Amul products to maximize sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Order Collection**: Regularly visit retailers and distributors to take orders and boost product sales.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new retailers.
- **Merchandising & Display**: Ensure proper product placement, stock rotation, and visibility at retail outlets.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners to drive repeat business.
- **Payment & Billing**: Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
- **Sales Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor daily sales, competitor activity, and market trends.
- **Product Promotion**: Educate retailers on new product launches, offers, and promotional campaigns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th/12th pass (Graduation preferred but not mandatory).
- 1+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in dairy or food products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
- Basic knowledge of billing and payment collection.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹31,199.23 per month
