**The primary role of this team member is to maintain the computer systems, ensuring that they run smoothly, as well as providing technical support and advice to computer users and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following**:

- Monitor and enhance the integrations between software systems.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software.
- Facilitate resolutions to all user questions and issues related to various systems.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve computer software and hardware faults.
- Co-ordinate items related to the office facility and local vendors
- Perform system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and systems.
- Responsible for relationship management of our system vendors.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts as requested.
- Evaluate technologies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Repair technical equipment and replace parts as needed.
- Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Check computer equipment for electrical safety.
- Responsible for the oversight of the following systems: time clock, fire alarm, burg system, phones, CCTV surveillance, and all business software (including ERP, EDI, WMS, and our company website), Bangalore facility
- Perform tasks surrounding Project Management, EDI, and Mapping.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary and required.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team.

**Experience/Knowledge**:

- Server rack experience
- A+ Certification required
- Exceptional technical skills
- Networking and cabling experience
- Active directory
- SQL experience nice to know
- IP or PBX phone nice to know
