Tutor

**Get a chance to be a Full-Time/Part-Time teacher at Tutor’s Factory.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess student's learning needs and identify areas where they need assistance
- Develop lesson plans that are tailored to the student's learning style and pace
- Deliver instruction in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Monitor student's progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to keep them informed of the student's progress
- Maintain accurate records of student's progress and lesson plans

**Requirements**:

- Teaching kids from either primary, secondary, higher secondary, and Grown Up Kids in a 1 on 1 mode
- Taking Demo classes for New Kids and sharing the feedback of the kid and parent with the team
- Should be able to conduct interactive and creative sessions
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build strong relationships with the kid and make the class fun-based learning.
- Proven experience as a home tutor or in a similar teaching position
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of all ages and learning abilities
- Patient and understanding with the ability to motivate and encourage students
- Flexibility in scheduling sessions, including evenings and weekends

**Salary**: Up to 20,000 monthly (depending on experience and qualifications)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
