**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Location**: Malviya Nagar, New Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: 1+ years of work experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Development**:

- Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts based on creative briefs and project requirements.
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content teams, to produce graphics that support campaigns and product launches.
- Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to designs based on input from stakeholders.
- **Creative Ideation**:

- Conceptualize and execute original design ideas that effectively communicate the desired message or concept.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, design tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge work.
- **File Management**:

- Prepare and organize all files for delivery, ensuring they are in the correct format and ready for print or digital use.
- Maintain an archive of design assets for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in graphic design, either freelance or in-house.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with other tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
- **Creativity & Aesthetic Sense**: Strong creative skills with the ability to visualize concepts and communicate ideas effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to produce high-quality designs with precision and attention to detail.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to present design ideas clearly and confidently.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is advantageous.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
