**Responsibilities**
- Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain IBM Maximo 8.0 software and related components.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and customize Maximo configurations to meet organizational needs.
- Implement and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems, such as ERP systems, GIS systems, and IoT platforms.
- Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring the accurate and efficient transfer of data into Maximo.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including installation guides, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to support system enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes.
- Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient system utilization and user adoption.
- Stay up to date with Maximo 8.0 latest features, enhancements, and industry best practices.

**Must have Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maximo Administrator or in a similar role, must be with Maximo 8.0.
- Strong technical knowledge of IBM Maximo 8 installation, configuration, upgrade and customization.
- Maximo mobile 8 experience is preferrable.
- Proficiency in database management systems, such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL query language.
- Experience with system integration using web services, REST APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise asset management (EAM) concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Maximo administration or related areas (e.g., IBM Certified Administrator - Maximo Asset Management) are a plus.
