Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries from customers regarding laundry services, pricing, and scheduling.

Manage appointments and reservations for laundry services, ensuring efficient scheduling and utilization of resources.

Receive and process incoming laundry orders, accurately recording customer preferences and special instructions.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism and quality standards of the laundry firm.

Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have regarding their laundry orders, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Collaborate with the laundry staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, confidentiality, and safety regulations.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports as needed.

Act as a liaison between customers and management, conveying feedback and suggestions for improving services.

Pay: From ₹9,014.93 per month
