- Managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is progressing according to schedule.
2. **Supervision of Work**:
- Overseeing the installation of furniture, fixtures, and materials, ensuring all elements align with the designer’s specifications.
- Ensuring that all aspects of the design, such as finishes, colors, layouts, and materials, are being implemented as intended.
3. **Quality Control**:
- Monitoring the quality of craftsmanship and materials used during construction or renovation.
- Ensuring that the work meets industry standards, the interior designer's specifications, and client expectations.
4. **Timeline Management**:
- Ensuring that work is being completed on time and addressing any potential delays promptly.
- Managing subcontractors and workers to ensure all tasks are carried out in a timely manner and as per the approved schedule.
5. **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Managing resources on-site, such as materials, tools, and labor.
- Ensuring that the project stays within budget and coordinating any adjustments or additional requirements as necessary.
6. **Safety and Compliance**:
