**Job Purpose**: The primary role of a teacher is to facilitate learning, inspire students, and foster intellectual, social, and emotional development. Teachers create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are motivated to engage actively in their own learning process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a supportive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage student behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement and appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.
- **Instructional Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons using a variety of teaching strategies and techniques.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and creativity among students.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess student learning through ongoing observations, formal assessments, quizzes, and tests.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance and progress.
- **Student Support and Guidance**:

- Support the academic and personal growth of students through individualized attention and mentoring.
- Offer guidance on study skills, time management, and career planning.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and school administrators to support student development and achievement.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress, behavior, and academic concerns.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- **School and Community Engagement**:

- Participate in school events, committees, and extracurricular activities.
- Engage with the broader community through outreach programs, partnerships, and initiatives.

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
