**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our startup company. The successful

filing, bank reconciliation, vendor shipments, preparing quotations, preparing e-way bills, following

up with vendors and clients, preparing invoices, and performing other tasks as needed to support the

company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle Tally GST filing, bank reconciliation, and vendor shipments
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients and vendors
- Prepare e-way bills and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as tax laws and accounting standards
- Review financial records to identify errors or discrepancies and ensure that financial statements are

accurate and reliable
- Use accounting software to record and manage financial data and generate financial statements
- Support other departments such as finance, operations, and human resources to ensure that

financial information is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the company's growth

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software, including Tally ERP 9
- Experience with e-way bill generation and GST filing preferred.

- In you provision period there is no leave. After 6 months we will see it.
