**Production Supervisor for forging Company in Mysore Karnataka**
- **Location : Mysore**
- **Qualification : BE or Diploma.**
- **Language : Kannada basics Required.**
- **Experience : Heat Treatment or Forging.**
- **CTC : 28,000 PM.**

**The Requirements above are mandatory & the salary is non negotiable.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily output in area of Heat Treatment, SB, Grinding, MPI
- Load preparation in advance
- Responsible for meeting daily sales and production output.
- Planning proper preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
- Interact and discuss weekly / monthly plans with PPC, Maintenance, Tool Room, Design departments for

achieving the target.
- Proper communication with operators and supervisors to achieve a plan.
- Planning of spares, tools required to smoothly run production in a forge shop.
- Efficient utilization of man power and machines.
- Ensuring smooth running of production units without any major obstacle.
- Ensuring backup dies without any issues.
- Cycle time reduction.
- Hourly production report, Run parameter report.
- Upcoming die strategy.
- Production Tracker shift wise.
- Updating all documents as per IATF / ISO standards

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of forging, Quality, ERP
- Problem solving, Kaizen, Continuous improvement.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
