Job Description
- Must have end-to-end implementation knowledge of at least two Siebel upgrades including the latest versions IP20 and IP21.
- Must have strong knowledge of Siebel Architecture of IP20 and the latest versions.
- Must have strong knowledge of Siebel Migration Application for the code deployments from DR to RR environments.
- Must have experience in performing RRcleanup, Workspace Flattening, and Full Publish activities.
- Must have experience with Siebel file system partitioning and file system cleanup activities.
- Must have experience in performing daily monitoring and maintenance activities of PROD and Lower environments.
- Must have experience working on Disaster Recovery activities.
- Must have experience in upscaling the Siebel environments like adding more resources and adding new servers according to the business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in configuring JMS queues in Siebel.
- Hands-on experience with the incident management tool - Service now.
- Hands-on experience in shell scripting to automate various monitoring and support activities.
- Hands-on experience in executing the DB scripts.
- Hands-on experience working on AIX platform.
- Hands-on experience of working in an agile project.
