**Job Purpose**

A critical position for the business as the leader will work closely with Product team to modify and design new Alternate channels schemes.

Leader will be responsible to work closely with Credit, BTG & Ops to get new working models be designed.

Work with Product team to closely evaluate what pricing to adopt.

Create a Customer engagement roadmap and work closely with Analytics leader to Enable remote engagement with customers

A bridge needs to be formed between the outside ecosystem and us through this leader.

Ability to respond with speed and agility to external opportunities will lay the foundation of our growth

**Responsibilities**:
**Building the digital Propositions of EEG Business
- Redesign the Product propositions to create an Alternate Channel Business model with a complete 100% Digital Model
- Use of fintech integrations to launch a New Business Models
- Ability to respond with speed and agility to external opportunities

**Create a Customer engagement roadmap and work closely with Analytics leader to Enable remote engagement with customers**
- Effective use of customer Analytics to identify target and potential customers out of portfolio?s
- New Account Opening workflow integration for a compete digital flow
- Create New Models by deeply understanding partner data to create surrogates for Underwriting
- Working with Credit and Ops teams to business underwriting models for alternate sources of data to be considered such GST Submissions, Corporate sales data, Channel finance information of a corporate

**Work with Product team to closely evaluate what pricing to adopt.**
- Digital Pricing Models for Direct Customers
- Rate Management through the Market alliances
- Pricing Models with GEM & other Market places

**Alternate Business profitability
- Cost Management on tech & other fintech partnerships to ensure long term profitability of business channel is maintained
- Closely evaluate investment in our Customer service models to ensure retention of customers and increasing share of digital transactions in EEG business
- Tracking RM feedback for next level of Business enhancements
