- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently and persuasively communicate its features and benefits to customers.
- Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company during calls to ensure consistent messaging and achieve desired outcomes.
- Achieve individual and team targets for sales, lead generation, or any other relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain a customer database by accurately recording all customer details, interactions, and transactions.
- Actively listen to customers' feedback and suggestions, and escalate any complaints or issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Conduct market research and gather information about potential customers or industry trends to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate with team members, such as sales representatives or customer service personnel, to ensure smooth customer handoffs and follow-ups.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
