**Reporting To**: Office Administrator / Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors.
- Keep the office premises clean and organized (dusting, mopping, etc.).
- Handle basic clerical tasks like photocopying, filing, and document delivery.
- Collect and distribute couriers and parcels.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
- Support office staff in day-to-day administrative activities.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Run errands as needed (bank, post office, etc.).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (or equivalent)
- Polite and professional behavior
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and multitask
- Punctual and trustworthy

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
