**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized academic counseling to students on course planning, program requirements, and academic policies.
- Assess students’ academic progress and help them develop realistic and achievable educational goals.
- Identify students’ strengths and challenges, and provide appropriate support or referrals to tutoring, career services, or personal counseling.
- Collaborate with faculty and other departments to monitor at-risk students and develop intervention strategies.
- Guide students through registration, program changes, transfers, and graduation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in compliance with institutional policies.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, program offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate academic and career advice.
- Conduct workshops or information sessions on academic planning, time management, and study skills.
- Assist in orientation programs and other student support initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in academic counseling, advising, or a similar role in an educational institution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with academic management systems and student databases (e.g., SIS, CRM).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Empathetic, student-centered approach with cultural sensitivity.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any field/ Masters preferred
- Prior experience in academic or career counseling.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
