**Key Responsibilities**:

- Register all sold **Care Packs / Warranty Packs** on OEM portals (e.g., HPE /Partner Portal, HP Click, Dell TechDirect, etc.).
- Ensure **timely and error-free registration** of service packs for servers, laptops, desktops, and workstations.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to collect necessary customer and product information for registrations.
- Maintain a **master tracker/database** for all registered and pending packs.
- Share registration confirmation/certificates with customers and the sales team.
- Liaise with OEM support in case of registration errors or escalations.
- Follow up with sales/account managers to ensure all sold hardware is registered with the appropriate warranty pack.
- Assist in generating reports for management on registration status, TAT, and compliance.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in backend operations, preferably in IT hardware/services industry.
- Familiarity with **OEM portals and registration workflows** (preferred: HPE, HP, Dell, Lenovo).
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling.
- Ability to work under deadlines and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and OEMs.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, IT, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware products is preferred.
